You take full responsibility for the key accounts in the drugstore channel, including the customers' full P&L, and independently lead annual pricing and contract discussions
You strategically develop your customers and ensure the successful implementation of KoRo's growth and assortment strategy
You analyze market, sales and customer data and derive clear measures to drive revenue and unlock potential
You continuously plan and manage demand volumes to ensure high product availability
You work closely in a cross-functional way with colleagues from Operations, Product Development, Sales Coordination and Management, and actively contribute ideas to improve our processes
Requirements
You have a degree in business administration or a comparable commercial qualification
You bring at least 3 years of experience in key account management within the FMCG sector, with national customer responsibility in the drugstore channel
You are confident in pricing and annual negotiations and understand the structures and decision-making processes in grocery retail (LEH)
You are data-driven and experienced with market analysis tools such as Nielsen IQ, GfK or similar tools for analyzing retail/household panel data
You demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills, think strategically and analytically, and have a pronounced hands-on mentality
You are fluent in German and English
