About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring coverage of functional and non-functional requirements;
Identify and document bugs, and follow up on their resolution with the development team;
Automate tests whenever possible, increasing the efficiency and accuracy of the process;
Serve as a technical reference, sharing knowledge and best practices in testing and quality assurance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Proficiency in software testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing.
Strong experience in software testing, preferably in an Agile environment;
Experience validating REST APIs;
Experience with tools for recording test scenarios and tracking execution (Azure DevOps, Test Plan);
Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman;
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban;
Good communication and ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure;
Knowledge of Quality Standards (such as ISO 9001);
Ability to identify small variations in processes or products that may affect quality;
Experience in functional testing, data validation, and regression testing;
Interaction with Intelligent Assistants;
Understanding of conversational flows and NLP testing (Natural Language Processing);
Ability to assess the accuracy of assistant responses and their alignment with business context;
Familiarity with SQL for queries and data validation directly on SQL Server.
