Role Overview
- Handle high-complexity cases, drafting strategic procedural pleadings
- Attend hearings and conduct procedural acts
- Maintain direct client contact, ensuring alignment and ongoing management of matters
- Participate in meetings to define litigation strategies
- Coordinate with company representatives and witnesses
- Provide advisory services, drafting legal opinions and offering strategic legal support
Requirements
- Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in labor/employment law
- Strong knowledge of substantive and procedural labor law
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with legal case management systems
- Postgraduate degree or master's degree in the field
- Proficiency in English
