You support and shape ServiceNow projects from consulting and design through implementation to go‑live and in‑life operations
You analyze and design business requirements in HR
You work in an agile environment and create features, epics and user stories at a quality level that combines your domain expertise with your technical ServiceNow knowledge, giving developers a detailed and clear picture
You conduct business analyses to derive optimization measures for digital workflows
Smaller configurations of ServiceNow modules may also be part of your responsibilities
You support the onboarding and mentoring of our Junior Consultants
You take ownership of and continuously develop our ServiceNow service portfolio

You bring subject-matter expertise in HR
Ideally you have experience with ServiceNow or are motivated to acquire ServiceNow skills
You have professional experience in software development, technology consulting and/or system integration
You possess analytical and conceptual skills and enjoy acting as the interface between IT and the business
You understand the importance of this "translation" role and have experience with the required level of detail in requirements analysis and design
You bring strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities, as well as knowledge in process optimization and modeling
You also possess strong conflict-resolution skills, excellent communication and confident presentation abilities
You hold a university degree
You are business-fluent in German and have good English skills
You are open to travel within the DACH region for consulting projects
