Provide customer support via Zendesk, chat and telephone, ensuring efficient and personalized assistance.
Prepare quotes, reservations, ticketing and reissuance for domestic and international travel services, including air travel, domestic hotels, domestic ground transportation, travel insurance, group air bookings, hotels and domestic tours; accommodation, car rentals and travel insurance.
Use Sabre, E-LATAM and other systems at a user level.
Identify, analyze and respond to opportunities for process improvements for internal and external customers;
Work with leadership to develop and implement new processes and procedures, promoting innovative ways to deliver greater value to clients and the business.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Tourism, Hospitality or related fields.
Experience in corporate travel customer service.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of OBT (Online Booking Tools) and GDS (Global Distribution Systems);
Familiarity with car rental and airline systems;
Familiarity with accommodation booking platforms/providers.
