Serve corporate clients with a focus on international travel, delivering the highest quality and operational efficiency while respecting SLAs, following mandatory processes and client-specific requirements.
Perform quotes, bookings, ticketing and reissuances for airline tickets, hotels, car rentals and other travel services.
Advanced use of systems such as Sabre, NDC, E-LATAM and others.
Provide specialized consulting, recommending the best routes and fares.
Ensure compliance with clients' travel policies.
Handle problem resolution and provide traveler support before, during and after trips.
Act quickly and decisively in emergency situations during travel, offering immediate support to travelers and finding efficient solutions to ensure their safety and continuity of travel.
Manage the full travel service process with high attention to detail and quality of delivery, ensuring the best client experience.
Maintain close relationships with clients and suppliers.
Requirements
Technical and/or university degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or equivalent fields.
Experience in customer service, quoting, booking, ticketing and re-ticketing for domestic air travel, domestic hotels, domestic car rentals, domestic bus travel, travel insurance, and group air/hotel/tour bookings.
User-level knowledge of car rental systems, airline systems and accommodation platforms.
Proven experience in travel agencies or TMCs, with a focus on corporate service.
Strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience with Sabre (GDS) and online booking tools (OBT).
