About this role
Role Overview
- Perform CEM and CSI closures: verify results and databases;
- Perform the monthly closing of Sales and After-Sales interviews;
- Manage verbatim data to transform into dashboards (social media, CRC, CEM and CSI surveys);
- Support field visits: analyze competitor experiences and touchpoints and identify opportunities for innovation in customer journeys;
- Support field visits: analyze experience and touchpoints across the VWB dealership network.
Requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, SQL);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Advanced English;
- Automotive market knowledge is desirable;
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;
- 3+ years of programming experience;
