Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of program data systems
Oversee and refine processes for tracking the entire program lifecycle
Perform advanced data analysis and audits to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adoption of business solution tools
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and deliver custom and ad-hoc reports
Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5-8 years of progressively responsible experience in program/project management and/or contract management
Expertise in program data management, process optimization, and compliance reporting
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, complex programs or enterprise initiatives
Proven ability to advise senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives across the organization
