About this role
Role Overview
Develop new client relationships through targeted market outreach and by leveraging the existing network
Responsible for the continuous growth of a stable client portfolio
Gain a detailed understanding of client needs and match them precisely with the right experts
Direct engagement with company decision-makers — remotely and on-site
Manage your own sales process
Independently manage projects and be accountable for revenue, margin, budget, pipeline and forecasts
Lead mid-level account managers and sales enablers within the account context
Meticulous documentation of all activities in the CRM system
Requirements
Several years of hands-on sales experience in the IT freelancer / experts-on-demand sector
Proven track record of sales success and experience in customer acquisition
Willingness to learn new business models and adopt best practices from successful sales approaches
Strong process and relationship management skills
Professional handling of demanding clients and experts
Negotiation-level German and very good English skills
Confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
