Capture, respond to, and resolve P&C, pay, policy, benefits, employee data, and various other types of requests from employees, managers, and other customers leveraging ServiceNow (SNOW) Case Management.
Processes employee data transactions within Workday.
Maintain ongoing data changes throughout the employee lifecycle, including employee on and off-boarding, job changes, mobility, and position management.
Prepares employment contracts and other related documents, information related to company benefit payments, and responds to employment verification requests.
Works with payroll to ensure accurate data and documentation for payroll processing.
Assists in managing benefits administration.
Reviews analyzes and understands data prior to processing, reaching out to HR partners or managers as needed.
Responds to requests for audits and government inspections in coordination with EC Management.
Process data correction requests from field or as a result of internal audits.
Work with HR to identify issues and make corrections to employee data.
Counsel HR when correction may impact other employee data such as vacation accrual, pension, benefits, bonus etc.
Respond to SNOW tickets within appropriate Service Level Agreements set forth by department.
Prep data for mass data loads.
Analyze the data for completeness and sensibility before handing over to HRIS team for processing.
Assist other EC team members with workload when extra support is needed.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up to date process guides for the EC team.

Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years Human Resources administrative or related experience required, preferably from a global shared services environment.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and use confidential information appropriately.
High School diploma or equivalent experience in related field required.
Must be fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus but not required.
Experience with Workday HR/payroll or other SaaS payroll and ServiceNow or other case management/knowledgebase tools strongly preferred with ability to quickly learn new technology and software programs.
Experience preferred with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
