Manage the digital menu strategy on delivery platforms, focusing on analyses that support pricing architecture and menu structure decisions.
Manage relationships with delivery platforms (iFood, Rappi, Uber Eats, etc.), ensuring effective negotiations and accurate execution of promotional campaigns.
Analyze the performance of marketing activities on delivery platforms, including ROAS analysis.
Monitor and analyze delivery operational performance indicators (SLA, preparation time, delivery time, cancellation rate, customer ratings, etc.).
Lead channel expansion (aggregators, regions/markets, business models, etc.).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Knowledge of operational KPIs and BI tools or advanced Excel for data analysis.
Preferred: knowledge of urban logistics and consumer experience.
Familiarity with delivery platforms (iFood, Rappi, Uber Eats, etc.).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
