Partnering with senior sales leadership to drive and track the business under a rigorous data-driven approach, interpreting KPIs and providing executive recommendations
Owning the business operational model and cadence
Planning for future growth including both G4G and longer term cross functional strategic initiatives
Assisting our sales leaders and managers in weekly activities and projects including business planning, sales governance, pipeline analysis, sales coverage optimization, ongoing sales performance measurement
Delivering robust analytic models, custom performance analysis and packaging findings into presentation-ready content for Salesforce executives
Requirements
Bachelor's in a quantitative field (Engineering, Econ, CS); Master's preferred
2–4 years in analytical roles (Consulting, Finance, or SaaS)
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets required; hands-on experience with Tableau, SQL, or Alteryx preferred
Strong logical reasoning; ability to spot trends and "the why" within large, complex datasets
High autonomy and curiosity; a "get-it-done" attitude in ambiguous situations
Ability to distill technical findings into clear, actionable updates for the business
Fluent English required; Arabic is a desirable plus
