Act as a technical lead across Workday Core HCM and specialized modules.
Spearhead complex integrations between Workday and enterprise systems.
Ensure end-to-end implementation success for scalable, secure HR technology solutions.
Lead design, configuration, and maintenance of Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll while supporting tenant and security protocols.
Build robust integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connect (CCB), Orchestrations, Workday Extend, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Develop complex custom reports and calculated fields; utilize BIRT and XSLT for data transformation.
Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using tools like Kainos to reduce manual overhead.
Mentor junior engineers, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure best practices across Workday systems.
Maintain technical documentation, conduct audits, and ensure data integrity and security.
Requirements
Active Workday Certifications (Core HCM + at least one functional module and/or Integrations/Studio/Extend)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven hands-on experience in full-lifecycle Workday HCM implementation, engineering, or systems analysis.
