Lead the portfolio of strategic programs from planning through delivery.
Orchestrate multiple squads/projects, ensuring alignment of objectives.
Define roadmaps, goals, KPIs, and monitor results.
Facilitate communication between business, product, and technology teams.
Manage risks, dependencies, scope, and prioritization.
Implement and evolve governance and management frameworks (agile/hybrid).
Report executive-level status and support high-impact decision-making.

Solid experience as a Program Manager / Manager of Programs in a technology or digital products environment.
Proven track record leading multiple projects/squads simultaneously.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar) and hybrid models.
Analytical ability to define and track KPIs and OKRs.
Excellent communication skills with both technical audiences and executives.
Advanced English for conversations, stakeholder interaction, and documentation.
