Own cross-border fulfillment and returns operations, partnering with carriers and logistics providers to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Monitor performance using key metrics (e.g., OTD, cost, defects) and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
Manage risks and resolve operational challenges across FCs, carriers, and external partners to ensure reliable program execution.
Work backwards from customer and seller experience to identify gaps and implement scalable solutions across fulfillment and returns.
Drive readiness and execution for new market launches, ensuring scalable and efficient cross-border operations.
Requirements
Strong expertise in logistics and supply chain operations, preferably in cross-border eCommerce or international shipping environments.
Experience managing carrier relationships and logistics service providers, including performance optimization and SLA management.
Proficiency in leveraging data and metrics to monitor performance and drive operational improvements.
Ability to translate customer experience insights into actionable solutions across fulfillment and returns.
Proven ability to operate in highly cross-functional environments, influencing stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills with a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
