Role Overview
- Work closely with business and finance teams to support the deal process
- Responsible for daily support and administration of the CLM system
- Support system administration and track enhancement requests
- Oversee and manage payments for legal subscription renewals
- Manage and support legal tech solutions
- Assist Privacy Program team with operational tasks
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in a legal operations role
- Good understanding of legal, contract management, and corporate governance policies
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical, legal, and business teams
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Inquisitive and challenge current processes for improvement
