Oversee performance management and change management processes, ensuring adequate staffing, resource allocation, and budget adherence of the Talent planning team.
Lead communication strategies by engaging stakeholders, providing project updates, and managing feedback throughout project lifecycles.
Develop and implement talent attraction, retention, and development strategies in partnership with business leaders.
Analyze business objectives and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and support resource planning.
Foster a culture of integrity, coaching, and continuous learning to build high-performing teams and talent pipelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Political Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field and 5 years’ experience in workforce development, learning development, human resources, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in workforce development, learning development, human resources, or related area.
3 years’ supervisory experience.
Proven expertise in talent management, including talent planning, development, and strategic prioritization.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and resources effectively.
Experience in stakeholder management and communication strategies to engage and influence audiences.
Ability to analyze business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective talent strategies.
Skilled in driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
Aptitude for building partnerships and networks to support business goals and talent initiatives.
