Guide teams through discovery, delivery, and ongoing optimization, ensuring the product delivers value for members and the business.

7+ years of product management experience, including launching and scaling consumer-facing digital products (healthcare experience strongly preferred).
7+ years of experience translating business needs into clear product requirements and managing complex, evolving roadmaps.
Demonstrated ability to use digital engagement and behavioral data to generate actionable insights and measurable results.
5+ years of experience working in Agile/SAFe environments, using tools for product tracking/reporting and leading cross-functional ceremonies.
5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and/or large-scale programs delivering technological solutions.
5+ years of domain experience in claims, plan benefit design, or related managed healthcare areas.
3+ years of hands-on experience in cost estimation, cost transparency, or healthcare economics (health plan, provider, or digital health setting).
