Role Overview
Identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to understand, interpret and meet business needs and requirements while staying focused on the employee and manager experience
Lead through influence to gather cross-functional alignment across business lines, technology, and experience teams to define and drive product strategy in accordance with product mission, vision and guiding principles
Own and drive product OKRs across core Workday HCM business processes, as well as the broader product experience landscape, supporting Feature/Epic prioritization and guiding teams in translating strategy into executable work
Help define and evolve overall Workday HCM product strategy while retaining accountability for driving successful execution along the product roadmap
Following agile methodology, the Senior Product Manager prioritizes the employee and manager experience while working with configuration, analytics, risk and other teams to deliver the most effective and simplest business and customer outcomes
Requirements
Five or more years' product management experience, including significant experience in Workday HCM
Demonstrated experience owning product strategy and delivering outcomes across complex product areas
