Role Overview
- Oversee day-to-day program operations of Eisai patient support programs
- Assure quality and business rules compliance
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and escalate as appropriate
- Build internal processes and documentation for successful program oversight
- Conduct routine call monitoring and review of external vendors
- Build budget requirements/proposals and track program operational costs and FTEs
- Partner with the field-based access and reimbursement team to resolve patient/provider issues
- Share feedback and ideas in strategy/program development process
- Collaborate with applicable Eisai stakeholders including Market Access teams, Compliance, Legal, Training and Internal Audit
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech industry
- Experience in pharma reimbursement including US reimbursement system in any of the major payer segments (Medicare, Medicaid, Federal, Managed Care)
- Related or additional experience in pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing is preferred
- Experience supporting key compliance areas related to provision of reimbursement support services
- Experience managing vendors/providers
- Experience with end-to-end technology sourcing to pay process
- Proven performance in earlier role
