Role Overview
- Manage accounting and reporting of insurance investment portfolios (bonds, equities, derivatives, funds).
- Prepare investment schedules for financial reporting and regulatory submissions.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS / UK GAAP accounting standards.
- Coordinate with investment managers, custodians and treasury teams.
- Perform valuation review, reconciliations and financial analysis of investments.
- Support audit and regulatory queries related to investment portfolios.
- Improve reporting processes and controls
Requirements
- Must be a graduate with at least 15 years of formal education in any stream with relevant experience in the technical areas listed on this JD.
- B.Com / M.Com / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting / Inter CA / Accountant proficient degree is required. Finance / Accounting experience is preferred.
