Operate and Expand the AHN Virtual Hospital: Oversee the complex operational entity of the AHN Virtual Hospital, including its P&L accountability.
Deploy & Scale Advanced Digital Technologies: Lead the implementation, optimization, and scaling of digital health technologies, including Agentic AI.
Advance Population Health & Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data ecosystems to proactively close care gaps and manage chronic conditions.
Foster Strategic Partnerships and System Integration to ensure seamless integration of virtual care services.
Maintain Active Clinical Practice to engage in continued part-time clinical practice.

Medicine (MD or DO)
5 years of progressive executive leadership experience within a large, complex healthcare delivery system or integrated delivery network.
5 years of direct experience designing, launching, and scaling virtual care programs
Demonstrated understanding of the current AI landscape, cloud platforms, and interoperability standards.
Proven track record of taking a digital pilot and scaling it to an enterprise-wide standard of care.
Active, unrestricted PA Medical License
Preferred: Board Certification in Clinical Informatics (ABPM)
