- An experienced, Senior or Principal Agency Recruiter ready to hit the ground running
- Confident partnering with senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial; motivated by building something with huge upside
- Strong on delivery, organisation, relationship‑building and process
- Excited by cross‑border work and international exposure
