Role Overview
- Develop and optimize automated tests and contribute to improving quality in projects
- Advise clients and lead a team of testers
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases (UI and services)
- Execute tests, analyze results, and continuously improve test coverage and software quality
- Evaluate tools to select suitable test automation solutions
- Take responsibility for the correct execution of tests
Requirements
- Experience in software testing, ideally in implementing automated tests
- 5+ years of experience for a senior profile
- Knowledge of at least two test automation tools (e.g., TOSCA, Selenium, SoapUI, Ranorex)
- Programming experience in Java, C#, C++, Groovy Script, or comparable technologies
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Business-fluent German (C1)
- ISTQB certification
