About this role
Role Overview
Accountable for sales of new and existing products and services.
Responsible for managing customer relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
Develop business plans for products in a specific trade area or species.
Represent Feed Energy at conferences and other events.
Collaborate with other team members and leadership to drive business growth.
Participate in lead generation activities through networking, lead development, and cold calling.
Monitor competitors and product differentiators.
Sell consultatively and make recommendations to clients based on their needs.
Requirements
Experience within the Turkey industry required
2-5 years of sales account experience
BA/BS in Ag related field
Demonstrate in-depth sales and marketing techniques and financial principles.
Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-management, internal and external customers.
Negotiate value added opportunities, strategic planning and execution, sales contracting, negotiating and change management.
