BioBridges is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Operations Project Manager to support execution across key sales and sales operations initiatives. This role will help keep projects on track, ensure priorities are moving forward, and provide day-to-day coordination across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support execution of sales and sales operations projects and initiatives
- Help track priorities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure work stays on schedule
- Coordinate across Sales, Sales Ops, and other teams to keep everyone aligned
- Maintain project trackers, notes, and status updates for ongoing initiatives
- Follow up on action items and help drive accountability across stakeholders
- Assist with process improvements and documentation of workflows
- Provide general operational support to the Sales Ops team as needed
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, project coordination, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to Salesforce or similar tools
- Experience supporting sales teams or working in a revenue organization
