Solid experience and proven track record in successfully driving Program Management, Product Operations, or similar roles within a technology organization
Experience operating in complex, matrixed environments
Strong understanding of Product, Engineering, and platform or infrastructure contexts
Proven ability to drive execution across teams without direct authority
Solid grounding in Agile practices and operating models
Experience with AI initiatives, CloudOps, or platform‑level programs is a plus
Exceptional ability to bring structure to ambiguity and complexity
Clear, concise communicator with strong executive presence
High‑ownership mindset, sound judgment, and disciplined follow‑through.
