Localize marketing materials created by the HQ team (mostly copy/text) into natural, high-quality copy
Create local CRO & SLO content for email, social, or web
simple, clear, and useful
Help prepare local events & online webinars (planning, promotion, coordination, follow-ups)
Support digital marketing & lead generation efforts
Enable sales team performance
Make light graphic edits (e.g., swapping copy, resizing, editing basic layouts)
Help with the onboarding of new clients to make their start smooth.

Croatian and Slovenian required (native or C1/C2 level)
B2 English, additional related languages (e.g., Serbian) are a plus.
Organized, have a drive for success
Comfortable with everyday marketing tools: Google Workspace, Slack, WebFlow, LinkedIn, Canva and similar.
Understanding of digital marketing principles, and lead-generation tactics (webinars, offline events, content…)
Fast-growing B2B and SaaS industry experience would be great.
Experience with social listening or media monitoring tools (Mediaboard, Determ, Brand24, Mention, Talkwalker or Brandwatch) is a plus.
Proven experience in content creation.
