About this role
Role Overview
- Act as the team’s focal point, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and operations
- Interpret requests, improvements, and incidents, directing the appropriate actions
- Perform Level 2 (L2) support procedures, following structured troubleshooting to restore the environment
- Escalate to and coordinate with Level 3 (L3) support when necessary, ensuring timely resolution of more complex issues
- Lead the team in identifying and implementing minor improvements and defect fixes
- Foster an agile culture by facilitating ceremonies and removing team impediments
- Ensure the organization and prioritization of work in collaboration with stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master, Squad Leader, or similar role
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in incident management and technical support (L2/L3)
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in high-availability environments
- Experience with monitoring and incident-management tools
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
