Draft, review and negotiate a variety of French and international contracts, primarily related to ICT (Information and Communication Technologies).
Advise operational teams on corporate law, general private law, ICT and personal data (data protection).
Provide legal opinions and consultations.
Participate in Group bodies and committees related to personal data protection.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments and draft newsletters.
Requirements
You are completing a Master’s degree in Corporate and Digital Law, New Information and Communication Technologies (NTIC), or in Business/Corporate Law with an ICT focus.
You are organized, autonomous and rigorous.
You are naturally curious and enjoy challenges.
You have good listening skills, strong interpersonal skills and an excellent command of English.
