Processing and managing incoming invoices in our tool Candis, including forwarding them for internal approval
Weekly filing and structured management of bank statements
Reviewing and following up on payment runs, and supporting direct debit collection and overpayment management
Independently processing and calculating clearing lists according to the prescribed process
Taking on tasks in ongoing accounting, invoicing, and careful data entry
Supporting accountants, e.g., with month-end and year-end closings
Carrying out a variety of operational tasks that ensure the smooth running of the finance department

Completed vocational training as an office administrator (e.g., Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Büromanagement) or a comparable qualification
Some professional experience in a similar administrative or commercial role — career starters with a relevant background are also welcome
Structured, independent, and conscientious working style — you enjoy learning processes and consistently following them
Very good German skills (C1/C2) and good English skills (B2) for communication in an international environment
Confident computer skills and proficiency with common office applications, especially Excel
