About this role
Role Overview
Assist the Project Manager with the operational management of partnership projects
Participate in defining client and partner requirements
Contribute to drafting project deliverables (specifications, meeting minutes, schedules, tracking documents)
Monitor project progress (timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies)
Prepare and organize project committees, follow-up meetings and steering committees
Serve as an operational point of contact for partners (insurers, administrators, delegates)
Track contractual and operational commitments
Participate in preparing and facilitating partner meetings
Provide regular reporting on actions and progress updates
Help coordinate between business teams (health claims management, group insurance, compliance, legal) and IT teams
Track topics related to tools, data flows, webservices, CRM and digital journeys
Assist in the triage of incidents and requests for enhancements
Participate in analyzing malfunctions and implementing action plans
Contribute to optimizing processes and partner journeys
Capture and share best practices and project lessons learned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) minimum in one of the following areas: Project Management, Insurance, Banking/Finance, Organizational Management
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or in a project environment
Good knowledge of health and personal insurance products
Solid understanding of project management fundamentals
Awareness of GDPR requirements and data security issues
Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of IT environments (CRM, data flows, webservices) is a plus
