Reporting to our Head of Vendor Management, collaborate closely with Project Management, and Sales teams to translate business needs into actionable sourcing briefs and high-volume freelance sourcing strategies.
Proactively build and nurture agile talent pools for roles in writing, editing, translation, SEO, and more.
Reach out, screen, and qualify freelancers for specialization, responsiveness, past performance, availability, and cost alignment.
Lead robust rate negotiations, ensuring securing top talent while managing costs and margins.
Facilitate fast onboarding and compliance across global markets.
Keep pipelines and databases updated, organized, and ready to meet fast-arising business demands.
Maintain regular reports for sourcing stats, open roles, pipeline health, and transparency around feasibility and risks.
Operate independently, taking ownership of your workload, identifying process improvements, and driving efficient yet effective sourcing.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years' experience in talent sourcing/recruitment (with heavy sourcing or freelance/vendor focus).
Exceptionally strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of cost-efficient sourcing.
Outstanding communication and organization skills.
Ability to manage yourself independently and work with minimal supervision.
Experience working in a fast-paced, international, high-volume environment.
Comfortable with ambiguity.
Strong ability to balance operational needs with supplier satisfaction and client expectations.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft E365, project management, or collaborative tools.
Data management skills are highly desirable.
High proficiency to native level in English is a must. Other languages are a plus.
