You coordinate the introduction of internal software and verify compliance with various regulations.
You accompany and advise the service and business units as well as the Committee for Technical Facilities (ATE) in this process from the conception phase through implementation.
You support the preparation and successful execution of internal and external IT audits.
You are the central point of contact for compliance inquiries within the tribe and across the entire business division.
You analyze operational processes and optimize them as needed (continuous improvement
KVP).
Requirements
You have a degree with a focus on compliance, auditing or business law, plus several years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent qualification.
You have several years of experience in regulated IT environments, including adjacent areas such as IT compliance, IT risk and IT security management.
You have very good knowledge of IT compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, various ISO standards, ITIL, COSO, DORA, etc.).
You have business-fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (B2).
You have practical experience assessing and implementing the rollout of new IT systems.
You possess strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and a high degree of responsibility, initiative, and affinity for communication and advisory work. You demonstrate self-organized working, responsible thinking, and an openness to change.
