Role Overview
IT project manager with a focus on agile project management methods and responsibility for the company-wide SAP RISE transformation — across multiple business units and workstreams.
Lead and steer the program regarding scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks and dependencies.
Responsible for management reporting to the Executive Board, leadership and relevant stakeholders, and for clear, audience-appropriate communication.
Support the business areas with a focus on risks and provide documentation and regular reporting on project status and progress.
Contribute knowledge of agile project management methods to the chapter and promote collegial exchange.
Continuously improve internal processes and workflows.
Requirements
Completed degree, e.g. in business administration, (business) informatics or natural sciences, plus several years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification, and experience leading cross-functional (sub)projects.
Familiar with project management methodologies and hold certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI or PMP.
Proven experience leading large, group-wide SAP programs, ideally SAP RISE or “lift-and-shift” migrations.
Business-fluent German (minimum C1) and good English skills (B2).
Demonstrates strong communication and conflict-resolution skills and effective cooperation with third parties.
