Manage the strategic development and optimization of community webpages on Lennar.com using ‘Optimizely’, ensuring a seamless, high-impact digital buyer journey
Lead the structure and maintenance strategy for JDE community setup and ongoing updates to align marketing priorities and sales goals
Drive and oversee the creation, quality assurance (QA), and performance monitoring of key landing pages
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance engagement and conversion
Drive the end-to-end development of community marketing assets
Manage, maintain and optimize a centralized repository of photo, video, and virtual tour content
Drive the strategy and execution for Zillow location verification and optimization to support SEO, visibility, and buyer accuracy
Manage and conduct quarterly audits and enhancements across third-party listing sites
Ensure accurate, brand-aligned representation of communities across all third-party platforms
Own the digital content lifecycle for community launches
Requirements
Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent required
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience is required
Proven work experience as a Marketing/Data Coordinator
Computer skills and competencies are required
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various job types
Knowledge of Microsoft office applications is required
Knowledge of Optimizely is a plus
