Develop, maintain and implement compensation strategies and policies, including fixed and variable compensation
Lead and further develop a small team
Design and enhance a job grading / job evaluation system
Ensure compliance with national legal requirements, collective bargaining agreements and works agreements
Conduct ongoing market studies / benchmarking and analyze internal data, perform gap analyses and identify trends
Initiate and lead projects, e.g., standardization, implementation or optimization of C&B systems or tools (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors or other systems)
Requirements
Several years of professional experience, including some leadership experience
Experience with job grading / job evaluation systems
Experience with collective bargaining agreements, works agreements, compensation and bonus models
Experience with HR systems / tools: e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Excel / Power BI, and where applicable salary benchmarking tools
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
