Role Overview
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and support the execution of HR strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement HR initiatives.
- Proactively identify and resolve HR/people-related issues.
- Responsible for annual headcount planning and payroll cost budgeting.
- Manage budget utilization and ensure proper governance.
- Drive continuous improvement in employee engagement.
- Lead recruitment activities and partner with hiring managers.
- Support organizational development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from Human Resource/ Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 8-10 years of HR Business Partnering/ HR Generalist experience.
- Fluent in both Khmer and English.
- Strong in local labour laws & regulations.
- Good writing and interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong communication and strong stakeholder management skills.
