Review, draft, and manage a high volume of agreements (NDAs, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts)
Own contract lifecycle management—keeping records clean, accessible, and up to date
Identify friction in legal workflows and build processes to reduce turnaround time
Partner with internal teams to move deals forward while balancing risk and speed
Create and maintain templates, playbooks, and guidelines that scale legal support across the company
Flag risks early and propose practical, business-aware solutions
Support broader legal and compliance initiatives as the company grows
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a paralegal, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth environment
Strong experience reviewing and managing commercial contracts
Comfortable handling multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Clear, concise communicator—especially when translating legal nuance for non-legal teams
Systems thinker: you look for ways to improve, automate, and scale processes
High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
Bonus: Experience with contract lifecycle management tools
Exposure to data privacy, compliance, or corporate governance work
