Collaborate with the ITG team to develop creative concepts and output across multiple channels including website, and social.
Lead creative project execution from concept through to final delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and alignment with client objectives.
Manage and mentor a team of designers and at directors, coaching and fostering professional development and delivering high quality work against creative briefs.
Work closely with account management and client stakeholders to pitch ideas, present concepts, and refine creative outputs based on feedback.
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and maintain competitive advantage.
Support resource planning and project prioritization to optimize team productivity and meet deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, design or a related field preferred
At least 5-7 years of experience in a creative role within an agency environment, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
Demonstrated previous leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
Expertise in developing creative concepts and translating briefs into engaging, effective visual and written content.
Proficiency with UX and UI principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
