About this role
Role Overview
Monitor store performance daily, analyzing metrics such as sales, exposure, stock levels and other KPIs.
Quickly identify performance deviations and implement corrective actions in partnership with stores and sellers.
Create and maintain dashboards and periodic reports (daily / weekly / monthly) to track progress and trends.
Ensure all planned stores are activated with the agreed product assortment.
Monitor completeness of the product showcase/assortment, identifying missing items (sofas, armchairs, beds, tables, etc.).
Request replenishments from sellers and monitor SLAs.
Create checklists and audit routines (photos, metrics, spreadsheets, dashboards).
Analyze daily performance by store, seller and product.
Identify causes of low sales (visibility/exposure, stockouts, price, content, assortment).
Report weekly highlights and lowlights.
Propose quick corrective and growth actions.
Serve as the focal point for problem resolution and alignment.
Handle sensitive requests, such as seller replacements, sellers with incomplete stores, or needs for specific items.
Lead performance meetings and ensure the partnership is maintained.
Ensure team engagement by sharing targets and best practices.
Investigate store complaints regarding product, assembly, transportation, stockouts, etc.
Implement visual and customer experience standardization.
Review processes, workflows and SLAs with sellers and operations.
Develop support materials (guides, trainings, manuals).
Structure dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar).
Update and maintain governance of store, seller and activation databases.
Track KPIs such as: % of stores activated, % of complete stores, average replenishment time, sell-out by display, assortment stockouts, sellers' NPS.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed;
Experience in commercial/sales areas;
Knowledge of Power BI and data analysis;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and to collaborate with different hierarchical levels;
Ability to meet established deadlines;
