Associate Account Manager

Role Overview

• Proactively maintaining and retaining relationships with existing customers.
• Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to retain business.
• Increasing customer penetration by selling the full suite of products.
• Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by proactively reaching out daily.
• Develops and maintains thorough knowledge of the company’s services and pricing.
• Responsible for capturing customer emails, minimizing rate restrictions and customer credits.
• Regularly meets with Sales Manager to review customer retention and activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
• 0
• 2 years of customer service experience. (Required)
• Waste or transportation industry experience (Preferred)
