About this role
Role Overview
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them unlock the potential of the FP&A platform
Provide high-quality support via email and live calls
Deliver user guidance and training on best practices and troubleshooting
Diagnose complex technical and data-related issues within the FP&A software
Manage and prioritize support tickets for customer satisfaction
Collaborate with Engineering to resolve software bugs
Work alongside global team members to support an international customer base
Requirements
2+ years of experience in technical support (preferably in SaaS)
Experience in application support roles
Experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or related finance roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency in Excel; proficiency in BI tools is a huge bonus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Ability to explain complex technical and financial concepts clearly
Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment as part of an international team
