Role Overview
Support the Interconnection Management Systems (IMS) team by helping convert incoming support requests into clear, structured Jira work items.
Review incoming support tickets and assist in converting them into clear, actionable Jira stories.
Identify missing information or unclear problem statements and follow up with appropriate stakeholders.
Tag and categorize work by program, complexity, and issue type to support effective triage.
Assist with backlog grooming and workflow organization.
Help identify repeating issues, trends, or documentation gaps.
Support Agile ceremonies as a participant (e.g., standups, reviews, retrospectives).
Assist with maintaining relevant project support documentation.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a 4‑year degree program (Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field) and not graduating prior to August 2026.
Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to ask questions, seek clarification, and work through ambiguity.
Ability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) during the summer internship period.
