Director, Provider Implementations

Role Overview

• Lead and mentor a team of Implementation specialists
• Optimize existing workflows and close data gaps
• Collaborate with Network Growth, Product, and Provider Performance leadership
• Maintain high-energy hybrid team culture while hitting performance targets
• Drive strategic scaling of implementation processes
• Act as a bridge between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
• Identify and implement improvements in the scaling machine
• Define and track departmental KPIs to report impact to leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading implementation teams
• Experience in healthcare or health-tech industries
• Strong understanding of clinical operational workflows
• Systems thinking ability
• Exposure to Value-Based Care models (e.g., ACOs, MSSP, Medicare Advantage) is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Django, Tableau/Looker is a plus
