Requirements
10+ years in enterprise account management with demonstrated success managing strategic client relationships. Healthcare, benefits, or SaaS experience strongly preferred.
Proven track record of managing strategic enterprise accounts simultaneously while maintaining exceptional retention rates (95%+) in high-growth or competitive environments.
Complex stakeholder management expertise across multiple organizational levels, including C-suite executives, procurement teams, and operational stakeholders.
Strategic relationship building with ability to establish trust quickly, maintain engagement during extended renewal cycles (12+ months), and recover from at-risk accounts. Must provide specific examples of turning around challenging client situations.
Experience achieving 100%+ net revenue retention, including managing contract negotiations, performance guarantee discussions, and pricing conversations with procurement and C-suite stakeholders.
