Support and maintain visual cell display infrastructure to improve communication and workflow visibility.
Assist with operations administrative tasks supporting daily production activities.
Contribute to the 5S program to keep work areas organized, efficient, and audit ready.
Participate in safety initiatives and help reinforce safe work practices.
Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste and improve process flow.
Assist with manufacturing workflow documentation, updates, and optimization.
Provide support for material-handling improvements and process standardization.
Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required.
Pursuing a BA degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Knowledge of continuous improvement and waste reduction methodologies.
Innovative mindset with a focus on process efficiency and cost reduction.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced production environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across all levels of the organization.
Must provide steel toed/safety shoes.
