About this role
Role Overview
Execute UAT test cases for mortgage-related system updates, enhancements, and defect fixes
Validate functionality against business and regulatory requirements
Document test results, defects, and discrepancies with clear, actionable detail
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to resolve issues
Provide secondary support for production-related inquiries and system issues
Assist in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation when needed
Support release validation and post-deployment verification activities
Maintain testing documentation, including test plans, scripts, and results
Requirements
Experience in mortgage operations (e.g., origination, processing, underwriting, or servicing)
Strong understanding of mortgage workflows, documentation, and regulatory requirements
Experience with UAT, QA testing, or system implementations
Proficiency with testing tools, issue tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with LOS platforms (e.g., Vesta, LauraMac, or similar) (Preferred)
Experience working in Agile or project-based environments (Preferred)
Knowledge of mortgage regulatory requirements (Preferred)
Experience with Docs/Docutech packages (Preferred)
Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Bloomington, MN (Preferred)
