Lead a complex IT/IM services contract for the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC)
Serve as the senior contractor representative and primary liaison to Government leadership
Oversee all aspects of contract performance, including technical execution, staffing, scheduling, cost, and quality
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and regulations
Manage key functional areas including IT operations, cybersecurity, network and systems administration, and helpdesk support
Oversee program finances and ensure timely, accurate delivery of required reports and deliverables
Collaborate with Government stakeholders to align support with mission needs

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field (master’s preferred)
10+ years of experience managing large-scale IT programs or Department of Defense IT programs/contracts.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary technical teams
Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance required; ability to obtain SCI access
Strong knowledge of IT operations, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
Experience working within DoD/Federal contracting environments (FAR/DFARS)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
