Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial, commercial, or accounting roles.
Ideally experienced in the retail sector and/or an outsourcing environment.
Strong IT skills, including knowledge of Sage plus advanced Excel and data manipulation capability.
Excellent communication skills and professional presence, with confidence presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
Strong commercial judgement with the ability to challenge constructively and influence outcomes.
Honest, accountable, and self-driven; comfortable working under time pressure.
Energetic, partner-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive in identifying improvements and innovative solutions.
